Coil Winder Machine
This machine was designed using CAD design, a custom made PCB, and our own mechanical design. It was made to be a prototype to demonstrate a automated system to wind copper coils with minimal human input.
Robot Vacuum Cleaner
This was a prototype designed to demonstrate the navigation systems of a robot vacuum cleaner. This was done as part of my studies and as a group project, and it has involved CAD, Embedded Electronics Design, Software Engineering, Robot Vision and other fields to complete.
Phone Stands
This project aimed to deliver a useful and stylish phone stand to family and friends. This used CAD design and demonstrate the advantages of CAD, with the ability to rapidly create design changes, allowing for a rapidly iterative design process.
Fibre Composite Materials Research
This research explored the relationship between natural fibres, synthetic fibres, natural resins, and synthetic resins as fibre composites, investigating alternatives to synthetic fibres composites for multiple industries, due to the lack of sustainability of that material.
TRACES Conference International Outreach
Transdisciplinary Academic Conference for Emerging Scholars is an international conference that helps undergraduates to begin their academic journey by providing a space that is made for them, all across the world. I am part of their external communication board that helps in New Zealand students to be part of this conference, to become better academics.
