Electronics Design

I can make custom designed electronics that will help with your electronics issues. This can be for internet connected devices, simple motor driven systems, things that make modern life easier. I am experienced in using micro electronics to help with making these devices work with current designs or with hardware.

Computer Aided Design (CAD)

I am also able to make 3D designs as needed, to integrate the electronics to the mechanical or other hardware as needed, or just a standalone mechanical device that suit your needs. I have experince in designing and making household items, prototype machines, electronics housing, etc.

Rapid Prototyping

I have in house ability to produce 3D printed prototypes of designs, and do limited batches of production. This will let you have a deeper understanding of our designs quickly, make quick, low cost improvements, and lets us make a design that best suits your needs.

Coil Winder Machine Project

Project with Massey University as part of my study to make a prototype of a machine to wind copper coils. This involved 3D design, electronics work and combining electronics with motors and a 3D designed housing.

Project as part of my study in engineering, a project to make a prototype Robot Vacuum Cleaner. This project involved 3D design, machine vision, electronics, mechanical design, and robot navigation.

Phone Stand Project

Project on making life a bit easier to for my friends and family by making phone stands. This project used 3D design to design the stand, 3D printing to rapidly create prototypes, paired with CAD design, I could improve on the design without significant costs and was able to test new designs quickly.
